Product and shipping quotes are available with a 24 to 72 hour turnaround. In stock items will have a lead time of 72 hour for processing.  Custom orders are available and require a minimum of 8 week lead time.  CASTERS.SURPLUSTRADING.COM is now online.  This site represents some of our newest items that we have just received.  We service wholesale and retail customers so, if you are in need of items not displayed on the web site, please contact our sales department at (269) 849-1800 or fax us at (269) 849-2995. The minimum wholesale order is $25.00, and volume discounts are available.

ORDERING
 Orders may be placed by fax (269) 849-2995, Monday through Friday. Please have all your information such as part numbers, quantities, charge card information correct on the form. There is a $10.00 minimum order (cost of merchandise before shipping). Mail-in orders may be sent to:

Please do not send cash. Payment may be made by certified check, money order, charge card or C.O.D.. Michigan residents must add 6% sales tax. Checks returned due to insufficient funds are subject to a $20.00 returned check fee. Foreign orders must be prepaid.

SHIPPING
UPS Prepaid: UPS Chart rate + $5.00 handling (minimum $9.00, any additional freight will be sent COD.)
UPS COD: UPS Chart rate + $7.50 COD charges + $5.00 handling.
Credit Cards: UPS chart rate + $5.00 handling.
Common Carrier: Quoted Freight + $5.00 handling

Unless otherwise requested, we ship via UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require UPS Red or Blue service. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. Please allow two to seven working days for UPS ground shipments. We attempt to ship all orders in the minimum number of boxes. Should your order warrant alternative means of transportation we will get quotes for the best way to freight collect and advise your before shipping. Orders in excess of $100.00 will be automatically insured at the rate of $0.35 per $100.00 of declared value. This charge will be added to your invoice. All items are subject to prior sale . If an ordered item is not available, please indicate if you would like us to ship a partial order.  Shipping charges on all orders are non-refundable.

PAYMENT AND WARRANTY
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. The card is billed on the same day of shipping.
COD: COD orders are accepted for shipments within the continental U.S. with payment made by cash or guaranteed payment (certified check, money order, etc..) The $7.50 COD tag fee is added to each box shipped.


Mail-in( Proforma): You may pre-pay your order with a money order or guaranteed funds (do not send cash). Please include your name, complete address and a telephone number where you can be reached.

RETURNS: Items may be returned for exchange within 10 day s of delivery. All returns must have as RA #. To receive an RA# contact us at (269) 849-1800 or fax us (269) 849-2995 during business hours. There are no returns after 30 days; Returns without an invoice or RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No freight collect or COD returns accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping charges on returned goods are non-refundable. Only caster products that have not been used will be considered for a refund. Used  products will be considered for replacement exchange. All shipping charges will be the customers responsibility.
